When I stumbled upon this article from CNN.com about 24 Romantic Honeymoon Destinations, I was thrilled to see all the cool destinations. Some were a no brainer. Others were true gems that many may have not even considered. And for all my Maine friends: Maine was on the list!
How can someone so tiny make us run the full gamut of human emotion in the span of one single day?
The all-inclusive resort used to be considered the “budget inn” of travel. Images of a rowdy crowd drinking in the Jacuzzi, bland food, forced group activities and limited entertainment was the norm. Today, the all-inclusive concept has expanded to unlimited activities such as golf on a championship golf course, gourmet meals, and more upscale and intimate resorts.
So you dream of being swept away on some exotic destination to live out your honeymoon as any princess bride would do. But, you have no idea how you are going to pay for the trip and all the memorable activities after splurging on the perfect gown and a wedding fit for William and Kate.
